Founded in 2004 by Jeffrey Dinos and Dwight Fleming, Capital Home Builders LLC is certified and licensed in South Carolina as well as fully insured and bonded.

Jeffrey Dinos, a registered real estate agent, holds a degree in construction management and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. He is a licensed and bonded builder in the State of South Carolina.

Dwight Fleming holds an undergraduate managerial economics degree from Hampden Sydney College. He is a licensed and bonded home builder in the state of South Carolina.

Jeff and Dwight have building experience that ranges from historic renovation to new home construction in Atlanta, Georgia and South Carolina. Our new home construction focus includes retirement homes, second homes and lake homes that provide exceptional places to live.
